Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 04/03/2025 1. Purpose: This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking classes at Barre by Angela. It is designed to ensure a seamless and fair booking experience while protecting both the business and the clients in line with Irish law. 2. Booking Process: Online Booking: All class bookings must be made through our online booking system, accessible via our website. Class Availability: Class availability is subject to change based on instructor schedules, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any changes to scheduled classes in advance. Booking Confirmation: Clients will receive an email confirmation upon successfully booking a class. This confirmation includes the details of the class, the date and time, and any necessary instructions for preparation. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the class start time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will result in the full cost of the class being charged. Late Arrival: Clients who arrive after the class start time will not be permitted entry, and no refunds or credits will be provided. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their booking, subject to availability, by cancelling their original class within the 24-hour cancellation window.
